What Size Should I Order?
Take a look at our sizing chart but keep in mind that our sizing
chart is meant to give a general idea of the size. When in doubt, err
on the big side.
Can
I Return My Shirt?
At the moment, TheCostApparel
can not accept returns however, if you wish to exchange an
un-worn polo for a different size you may do so by contacting orders@thecostapparel.com.
Do
you ship overseas?
TheCostApparel
can ship internationally however, an additional fee will be
added to the shipping and handling. This fee will be
determined by the location of the recipient and additional
customs duties/fees.
Do Your Shirts Ever Go On Backorder?
We are a brand new company trying to bring you the best service
possible, but at the moment our warehouse is a little on the
small side. If an item is on backorder you will be notified right
away. Your item will be shipped as soon as our stock is replenished
which should be no longer than 2-3 weeks.
Do You Sell Shirts Wholesale?
Retailers interested in wholesale information should contact us at
business@thecostapparel.com. Please include your contact information, what
store you are purchasing for, and a valid employer ID number.
